Facade evidence for Gateway submissions, building control and golden-thread records. We bring together the drawings, calculations, product data, test evidence and design assumptions needed to explain how the envelope has been designed and coordinated.
We do not replace the Principal Designer, fire engineer or building-control approval process. Our role is to strengthen the facade package by making the technical evidence clear, traceable and reviewable: what has been designed, what has been calculated, what assumptions have been made, what drawings control the work and what evidence supports each decision.
